Get Screened forProstate cancer:
Men should get regularly screened for
prostate cancer with the prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test.
The tests give the information about the status of the disease and can help
take the appropriate decision for a good health. Prostate cancer is usually
identified in men who are in their fifties but now it has been found that the
cancer is striking in men in their 30s. Regular testing is important as early
stage cancer has no symptoms. The chances of beating prostate cancer can be
increased if a proper diet regime and lifestyle is adopted.
Cancer Killing Foods: Each
time you have meal you are a step forward to beat prostate cancer. Choose
cancer killing foods. These foods are easily available and we can include in
our diet. These are Cruciferous vegetable for eg broccoli, kale, cabbage; these
vegetables contain compounds called glucosinolates known as cancer killing compounds.
Tomatoes are also cancer fighting, they contain lycopene. The other foods are Mushrooms,

Exercise: Of course exercises are good for health, but know that having
done more exercise can slash the risk of prostate cancer. A University of
California, San Francisco study found that vigorous exercise can reduce the

Fish rich in Omega-3: Fish rich in
Omega-3 fatty acids can reduce the risk of developing prostate cancer by 63
percent. It is enough to eat Omega-3 rich fish once a week. Sources of
such fish are salmon, oysters, herring, anchovies,
and tuna.
